Good read…
Great read, BUT…
Pretty pathetic that in the printed edition of the Observer, it says “UNCC vs Maryland” atop the Harris story.
Edit: Says “UNCC” in the online version as well. Nice job…
“I think I would like to be an ESPN analyst because I could do just as good a job as Emmitt Smith does when he’s commentating. Half the stuff he says is incorrect, so I think I can do that.”
Classic! :lmao:
Harris’ favorite pro football player: Michael Vick? Uggghh
Nice for Harris to get some attention since the last 2 gameday features have been about Gerrity. I think we’ll see more of Harris than Gerrity in this one. We’ll need his defense but both will have their hands full with Marylands full court pressure.
Mike P, why aren’t ESPNU games included in TV listings? Doesn’t TW carry it?

Channel 138 on Digital. You mean in the sport section. I don’t reminder them ever listing events on channels that are not on basic cable.
Good article!
Classic! :lmao:
Hahahaha.
Good article… and Lefty, listing our tv coverage may interfere with viewers watching other televised games today.
And Harris can go ahead and replace Billy Packer as soon as he finishes his eligibility and graduates.

Yeah I noticed that too.
But hey, atleast we were on the front page with a listing of when we are playing.

I don’t know that they do. I had 350ish channels last year with digital cable and I didn’t have ESPNU. I had ESPN Classic, ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN News, but not ESPNU.

Time Warner added it last year (after basketball season).
We don’t list the stations on the digital tier only, or those only on dish like NFL Network, because the penetration for those stations is so low we end up confusing people more than helping them. We do list those kinds of stations in the game boxes, as we did for this game, so people who are interested can get the information.
