Holloway denied Transfer to Clemson

Another dirtbag move is Alabama preventing Justin Knox from transferring to UAB. Interesting thing there is that Knox will graduate this summer, so he would be a grad student at UAB. Anyway, Alabama claims there’s a rule that prevents players from tranferring from one UA institution to another, though these from the Birmingham News seem to contradict that.

BTW, Knox’s family is considering legal action after an appeal to the UA System was denied (NOTE: like Holloway, Knox would like to remain in his home state due to family matters). Of course, Knox just took an official visit to UNC-CH over the weekend and to GT yesterday, so might end up in the ACC for his final season.

USAToday.com: SC native Holloway to join Gamecocks[/quote] This indicates to me that he’s a better man at a younger age than the Miss. AD is at an older age. BTW, I thought I read somewhere that transfers within conference required a two year “sit out” period. Maybe this is just a rule specific to certain leagues?

BE used to have a 2 year rule. I don’t know if they still do.

Yeah, Bama to UAB block is stupid. Why bitch about what little brother gets? You’re still the top dog. It’s like UNC-CH stealing a Pharmacy from G-Boro or something. And we know that would never happen. ::slight_smile:
