House for sale in the Arts District

Nice house. Best of luck to them. I could not buy a house without a garage, and I definitely could not buy a $400,000 house without a garage. Location, location, location I guess.

My neighbor just sold his place for $230,000, so that means I’ll be listing soon as well for $240,000 or so. I have a full skyline view and you can see virtually none of the skyline from his house. I figure that is worth a little something extra.

So if any of you know anyone that wants a townhome in the uptown area, let me know. 3BR, 2BA. 1380sq. feet.
