I would love to see an IU shot chart from last night. I counted 4 shots that they made from outside the lane (excluding free throws). The three 3ās they made and one 7 footer that Ewing made on the baseline were the only ones I counted. The rest of their shots were lay-ups, put-backs, or runners in the lane. We played some bad defense to allow a team that shoots that poorly to score that many easy baskets.
Yeah, our interior D was pretty bad again tonight. Iām not sure where we play good defense, outside of the passing lane.
We should hire Mikey D after he gets fired from IU as an assistant coach.
