I think he is an average coach, good evaluator of talent, and a bad GM.
I think he could have been a better GM elsewhere, but with the way the Knicks ownership was against rebuilding, he had an open check book and was awful with it. He has drafted well without having lottery picks.
Overall I could see him being a good college coach.
So what attracted FIU to Isaiah?

Hahahaha this sucks, that program must be desperate as hell. As a very devoted follower of the NBA I can honestly say that IT is one of the worst coaches I have ever witnessed. He’s like the equivalent of Art Shell in the NFL. FIU’s program is doomed but hey at least they got some pub.
