They went with who they did because they assured/promised/guaranteed us we could play thru construction and would be completed by the deadline the AD set, which I assume would be fall of 27 season. I don’t know the contact specifics just some of our folks that were involved with selecting the contractors.
Of course I know they are also still fund raising for the visitor side and would love to just move construction from one side to the other.

It’s the same GC that did Vanderbilt’s expansion and they remained open and played through it.

Ironic Mike Hill slow walked expansion during his time here and as soon as he left the construction really takes off.

I saw a concrete pumper when I was there a few hours ago. Bleacher and tower columns won’t be too far behind.
