Pg. 82 of the Jan 3, 2005 issue. Dan Patrick is asking him about the Pistons-Pacers fight.
DP: One word to describe your reaction to the Pacers-Pistons fight?
KM: Wow. I didn’t believe it was real. You know what I’m saying?
DP: The closest you ever came to going into the stands?
KM: My freshman year at Cincinnati, when we were playing in Charlotte. People were throwing beer and stuff at us. I didn’t go into the stands, but I really wanted to.
Well, I was sitting in the mix of all of that and I think that’s a bit of a stretch to even say it reminded him of it. Then again, I guess if you added alcohol concessions, several thousand more people and the over-inflated egos of several millionaire thugs to the equation, then I can see his point.

Uh, I think his memory failed him here. Since when can you have beer at Halton?
Actually, no beer was thrown. Huggins was puking.
Probably not. They beat us.
No beer was thrown, but my bet is that some of those who threw stuff had been drinking alcohol before or during the game. I was pulling for Fortson to come into the stands and whoop some @$$!!!
