Alright all you NNN legal experts, I want to hear if this is completely frivilous or not. I’m pretty sure there is some sort of clause in the donor agreement that you can’t take back the organ no matter what, and isn’t pricing organs illegal in the U.S.? I understand his pain, but I don’t know that he has a case arguing this way. Now, if he were to sue for $1.5 million for the pain and suffering he went through in donating the kidney to her, now that might work. NNN legal team, have at it.
