Interesting…Mike White now favors Oklahoma (supposedly who Habel favored and was offered by). White has been offered by Oklahoma and is visiting there on April 7th. If all goes well he’ll commit, which certainly means we’re still in the running for him.
i would love to see us snag White for next year. i love the big wide-body type post players that arent afraid to knock someone around

Oklahoma just lost their head coach Kelvin Sampson to Indiana.Doubt they are still front runners for White and Habel now.

Sure he’s wide, but not very tall. Sounds like he can occupy space, but taller guys may be able to leap over the top of him, much like what happened to Dump amd Nance this past season. I’ll take Habel, please.
Maybe he’s explosive like Eric Hicks and Jason Maxiell from Cincy…
