Didn’t realize they were building two new dorms in the South Village. Is there a rendering for this one?
Since I’m pretty sure the new dorm across from Hawthorne in now “Phase XII” I’d assume this one is Phase XIII.

That wouldn’t be considered the South Village then. South Village is by the high rises.

49FBN simply said that the new dorm near Hawthorne is called Phase XII and this is the next dorm slated to be built, so it is safe to assume it will be called Phase XIII. His post had nothing to do with location.
