This was not a big conspiratorial operation. It appears to be a chronically, long term mentality ill man who has delusions of being a supporter of ISIS. None the less, he seems to have been prepared and capable of carrying out a crime that could have had multiple casualties, including himself. And thus becoming the martyr he reportedly hoped to be for a cause I really don’t think he knew anything about. Sick dude.
