Thanks again and sorry for the delay.
Guys and Gals,
I am about 2 months away from publically launching a new website. I have about 10 people (most of whom have been involved since day one) beta testing the site and the servers. To truly test the site capabilities, I need about 50. The last month of beta testing will ramp up to about 100 users.
The 10 current users have done about all they can do. We need some fresh eyes and comments.
As a class of 2000 49er alum, (civil engineering if you need to know) I wanted to post this info for members to take advantage of if they are interested.
We are extrememly well funded and have some excellent industry relationships, so keep that in mind when you explore the site and read about the earning potential.
Just an opportunity. If you are not interested, no problem.
How exactly would i make money by doing this? I read the FAQ and i’m still confused. I’m down to help if I can make money, because it doesnt sound like i have to do alot outside of normal internet activity
Basically there are 6-8 product links each day. Each product link contain 2-15 different merchant links. All of the merchant links on the product links pages are the paid links for that day.
The typical affiliate website makes money when someone buys a product. Our program requires no purchases. The retailers are simply hoping you will buy and also paying a small fee for your website traffic that improves their rankings and traffic stats (paid traffic).
I encourage you to click the demo link and log in to the demo account and see how it works. During the beta testing the daily links do not change much. I think there are 86 paid links daily. We pay $.05 for each of your clicks on those paid links. Do some quick math…$4.30/day, $129/month. No too bad.
Just curious, when do you send the payments? is it like once a week? once a day?, etc.
Most of the time the way sites like this one works is that they allow you to “cashout” once you reach a minimum balance defined by the website. This ensures that only people who remain true and click links will be the only ones getting paid.

A couple of things… do the “Today’s Links” reset at midnight or what? Since it appears that most of them are going to be electronics, some of them very similar, it might be helpful if there were a date on the “Today’s Links” section. Because there are gonna be times I won’t remember if I’ve clicked today or not.
Well, that one appears to be easily resolved by me looking at the “Daily Clicks.” So, disregard that one…
Also, sometimes when I click on one of the today’s links, there won’t be any further product links. I click back later and there is. Not sure what the problem is behind that one.
I did the daily links from home this morning, but I must have missed a few because I had 83 clicks. So, I logged on at work to finish them up. From my work PC, I clicked links I know I had at home, just to se if I would get credit - and I did. So, my question is, if the same link is clicked from the same account (but a different IP), do you guys still get paid? If so, this isn’t too major of an issue, but if not, it could result in some lost funds for you. I imagine that you still go get paid, but I just wanted to be sure.
Also, is us clicking the same merchant link multiple times a day from the same IP beneficial for you? If it is, I’ll do a little extra clicking just to help out a fellow Niner. I know you probably do get credit if its from a different IP, so I’ll do that too, just to help a little.
And by the way, when you do launch, I think you’ll get a lot of people. The site seems fairly easy to navigate and has a pretty simple concept. Also, it pays out pretty well. Most of the “pay to click, surf, red email., etc…” sites don’t pay nearly as well as a nickle a click. Personally, I’ve done the pay to click, pay to have the ad toolbar on the screen, pay to read emails, and all the others since four or five years ago probably. When this site hits the free stuff and deal forums, I think it’ll take off (as long as you payout). Hope you have the servers to handle it.
Is is going to be about $4 worth of clicks available each day? If so, that’s over $100 a month for something that takes less than 5 minutes a day.
And what are you going to do to prevent multiple accounts? When you launch fully, expect tons of people to attempt to set up multiples.
I’m trying to keep up with this thread. There are so many questions to answer.
Payments are made monthly through PayPal. Your earnings for April will be paid at the end of May. (30-40 days after the end of the month) We have a lot of work after the month ends to verify clicks and provide reports to our merchant partners. It would be a bad business model to pay you before we get paid ourselves. (think about it)
Your account will receive credit for all clicks recieved up to the max for the day. Some days, like today offer 86. Tommorrow there are 58. It doesn’t matter what computer you use to get your clicks as long as you log in first and have cookies enabled. Half at home, half at work doesn’t matter. We log your clicks by your account username. (I would note that it helps us for you to spread out you clicks among different computers if possible)
-Some times, like tommorrow, the maximum clicks are less that the total numbers of links on the today links page. Some merchants have opted not to participate in this secondary program. These numbers will fluctuate day to day depending on merchant participation and the products selected. Rest assured, you will always have an opportunity to make money with us. Some days a lot, some days a little.
-New users now have to verify their account by clicking the email that is received upon registration. If your username says it is blocked, check your email. If you do not get your email, email me and tell me admin@advertisedvalues.com .
-Do not hesitate to email me at the address above. As I said, I am trying to keep touch with this thread as much as is possible. If you have a pressing issue, please email right away.
If you screw up at registration, please email me. If you have ended up with duplicate accounts, email me too. I will straighten it out for you.
To you new users, I am including the text of an email that went our this morning:
This is an e-mail from 'advertisedvalues.com'
Message:
To all registered users,
First off, welcome to all our new beta users, and thank you for participating. You may have noticed yesterday we had a server outage that lasted a few hours. We were able (finally) to work with our hosting service to resolve this issue.
As with any beta process, there will be temporary site outages that will effect your access to the partner site. Due to the issues yesterday, we are evaluating our current hosting situation. We will keep you fully informed of any planned outages should they be anticipated.
Rest assured, you earnings are kept safe, and are always backed up. We will also begin rotating through several daily link schemes starting tomorrow (Tuesday). We have complete confidence in our systems. However, should you experience any issues with click counting or access to pages within the site, please email admin@advertisedvalues.com .
Also, we would like to encourage you to use as many different computers (IP addresses) as you can to get your clicks. It really helps us to have traffic coming in from many different locations and servers.
And, we still need some more beta testers. Please help spread the word.
Two quick notes:
1. If you did not register with a valid PayPal email address, please let us know ASAP so we can make those changes before payments are due.
2. While we do encourage, even foster, enthusiasm, please limit your registration to only one account, for now. Thanks for being honest.
Thanks for your continued support.
