Wyoming hoops to make 14 TV appearances in '06-07

We actually field a good basketball team every year, we are in a major television market and our offseason news is that we are being bumped to the 2nd string local AM station…Its almost enough to drive you crazy.

I don’t mean to point any fingers here, it just really SUCKS.

Do they have an alum who works for CSTV?
Why don’t we have an alum who works there?
How do we get CSTV, in case, we’re ever on there?

CSTV will broadcast 49ers road games at George Washington and Saint Louis.

Not sure how many people here will pony up $14.95 ($99.95 yearly) for 2 games to watch on the internet, althought the true sports junkie might like viewing the other games broadcast.

CSTV has the rights to every game played by A-10 teams. It’s a new deal and the details are being sorted out. It’s great that CSTV is producing the games as long as they allow them to be shown on other channels, ie. local channel in each market.

It may be a little early to complain about TV coverage, other than a drop in nationally televised games. Let’s hope they get something worked out.

As far as Wyoming goes… I’ve been there numerous times in the winter and the only thing to do is ski (Jackson Hole), drink, and watch college basketball.

And that is by no means a bad thing… :shades:

Wyoming’s TV:

Two games will be aired on College Sports Television and 12 others will appear on the Mountain West Sports Network.

The closest thing we have to the Mountain West Sports Network is Fox Sports South. Remember C-SET?

Is there a link to the A-10 games CSTV will show?

How do we get Time Warner Cable to cover CSTV, so I can see those 2 games?
I’ll have to re-set my Internet at home otherwise & pay $14.95, & I don’t like watching games on the net. Maybe Time Warner will offer them for $14.95 so I can watch it on cable.
I’ve written to Time Warner numerous times for CSTV, as well as ESPNU, ESPN 360, the NFL Network, WWE 24/7, & all other sports channels in the country, but I’m only one person.
Everyone that is a Time Warner cust., e-mail them for CSTV.

If it’s any consolation stonecold, Time Warner is just now providing Greensboro/High Point the News 14 feed beginning Monday. It is slow going with those folks.
