Pierria Henry gets some props from College Chalk Talk

Good read. The only thing I disagree with is that they still call Lamar a bad loss, which I disagree with, especially minus Braswell.

Really like hearing stuff like this…

“The team has faith in me just like I have faith in them," he said enthusiastically, “I would run through a wall for this team, just like I think they would run through a wall for me.”
Henry doesn't know what fear is.

On the first day God said “Let there be light” and Pierria Henry replied “Say Please”

He’s also won the StatSheet freshman of the week…again(third time already this season).

Since I finally got to see the team in person, you can really see what a disruptive force Henry is on defense. It’s not so much his on-the-ball defense (which is good) as his dropping into passing lanes at the last minute, sneaking up on guys, and knocking the ball out. Very impressive young player, I look forward to seeing how his game matures.

I think the author called the Lamar loss a “surprising 18-point loss”, which I’d agree with.

The pg spot is in very good hands for the next four years. I am really excited about that.

sokool says, “Not so fast my friends…”

Sokool says “stats say Henry not very good”. Sometimes you just need to watch the game and everything the guy does.
