It seems like no one around here cares to view Kansas State on Saturday. In fact, there is another basketball game being shown to most of the country on ABC tomorrow at the same time, UNC-Chapel Hill at NC State.

Unless Iâve missed it, I have not heard âEâŚJâŚEâŚJâŚEâŚJâŚâ yet this year. If anyone deserves to have a chant this year itâs EJâŚ

Yup, you've missed it. I think we'd done it before, but I know at the end of the last home game we chanted his name for a while. He smiled and waved.
An oldie from the school I transfered to Charlotte from:
When Richmond has the ball, every time they dribble you say Bounce. So when they dribble, its like Bounce Bounce Bounce Bounce.
When they pass or shoot, you give a high-pitched WooooooâŚthen continue the Bounce when the next player picks up his dribble.
Itâs really annoying.
The band does that at womenâs games, except instead of âWOOOOOâ we just yelled âPASS!â or âSHOT!â That does get annoying.
Per this UMass blog, you might want to use âGreat call!â everytime the refs call something against Richmond:
...ref-baiting Spider coach Chris Mooney was pretty funny. At one point in the second half he shouted sarcastically "You've called two fouls on them and nine on us and every single one was a great call. Great call." He then muttered something under his breath that we could hear (and I can't print) that certainly would ahve earned him a technical foul if the officials did.
I noticed a thread on the KSU board the other night bragging about KSUâs attendance at least being better than Coloradoâs average of 2 or 3 thousand a game. Itâs amazing how Huggins can bring in the fans.
Then I noticed a statement similar to:
Those Colorado students really brag about their scenic campus but it wouldnât be very scenic at if not for all the nice scenery in that area."
Maybe someone should invest in a large dry erase boardâŚthen we can write what weâre saying so the large group of students behind the front row understand us.
I have a big dry erase board on my wall at home that I used to put all my school assignments on in high school that isnât being used. I could donate it to the cause, but I wonât be able to get to it before tomorrowâs game because I donât have my own car anymore.
