Amen brother. Levon was the heart and soul of the band. A southerner amongst four Canadians. Saw The Band with Dylan at the old Charlotte Coliseum back in 1974. One of the best concerts I’ve ever seen. The first concert I had ever attended where they turned the house lights on during one of the songs - when Dylan sang ‘how does it feel’ from ‘Like a Rolling Stone’. The crowd went crazy.

Tyro Niner, I was at that Dylan/The Band concert too. Great concert. The Band produced some great stuff back then.
