Just watched an interview with Scott drew on Fox News. He also took over one of the most challenging programs in the country, Baylor. Quick turnaround. He shared his keys to success.
In summary, he suggested keeping it simple on the court. Joy was a theme within their program. And, he was bold in sharing his faith.
Baylor turned it around quickly and we can too.

Bingo, have heard about it since I was an undgrad in 02. Wish in one hand and take a dump in the other and see which one gets filled first. The people that graduated arenāt interested in the decades of crap theyāve been served. Win or attempt to hire people that care about winning as opposed to appeasing the Triangle overlords
The potential is legit. There is a ton of it. Itās also crap because we havenāt leveraged it.

Who cares about drew sharing his faith? You can either coach, or you cant. I doubt his faith helps wifh that. Also, bobbyā¦no, just no.
