The townhome is located right on the Sugar Creek greenway with a brand new park out back. It is walking distance to all the spots in Uptown and only about a mile walk to many of the hotspots in Plaza-Midwood. Also walking distance (via the greenway) to the new Midtown Development near CPCC Main.
You’d have the entire bottom floor to yourself (and your own bathroom). (Maybe, have another Niner interested that may be living there as well).
Has skyline views and a large greenspace out front that is about an acre.
Rent is negotiable, but I’m looking for $500 (all utilities included).
