Good stuff Jim. Reader’s are definitely being informed of the A-10’s improvement and the tough games coming up. Hopefully it will bring more people to Halton to see this year’s team.

Also, Niner articles are getting a lot of looks online. Win over Clemson was hit the most out of any story that day and the Fowler Lutz playing the right cards was 3rd yesterday. :49ers:
After completing its nonconference schedule with games against ACC foes Maryland and No. 18 Clemson, Charlotte 49ers coach Bobby Lutz reminded his team the road ahead only gets more difficult.

That’s especially true this season as Charlotte (9-5) opens Atlantic 10 play at 7 tonight by hosting Temple (6-7) at Halton Arena.

The conference is ranked seventh out of 31 by collegerpi.com. It features three teams – No. 17 Dayton, No. 22 Rhode Island and No. 24 Xavier – ranked in The Associated Press Top 25 .

Nice work Jim!

Utter quote
The idea Xavier or any teams in the Atlantic 10 are “mid-major” is ridiculous.
KEN TYSIAC quote
With four teams in the RPI’s top 30, the Atlantic 10 has become the nation’s most formidable “mid-major” conference. That bodes well for Charlotte, which looked out of place when it first joined the conference.
This proves that someday Mr. Tysiac will be working for well-educated people like Mr. Utter

Does that make any sense? Is Tysiac saying we were low-major and are lucky to be mid-major? Or that we were a ‘major’ program but now at least we’re mid-major?

Ridiculous.

If Tysiac should ever be so lucky.

We need more Utters in this world.
