[/size][/color][size=12px]The left-handed PG has improved steadily and it showed in his performance. Mitchell takes the controls as a facilitator, looking to distribute the ball to open teammates when they are open. He demonstrated he can execute the two-man game (screen-and-roll), as well as change speeds when attacking the basket. Mitchell also knocked down jumpers to the arc and helped rebound on the defensive end, but he must learn to avoid being screened and not rest on contact. Right now, he likes Charlotte, VCU, Wake Forest, Washington, NC State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, Marquette, Miami and South Carolina.[/size][color=rgb(51, 51, 51)]

First in on this guy…first out…hate to sound repetetive but we just can’t compete with anyone else that has offered. Hope I’m wrong but I’m so tired of settling for recruits that pick us over High Point or SC Upstate.

Got to start getting more wins to get better recruits. I do like that we have a coach with a history of landing big time recruits vs. someone who has never landed one.

He’s really starting to blow up. Hopefully the fact that we got in with him really, really early will help out. We’ve been recruiting him for over a year now and If we weren’t his first offer, we were one of the first.
