Stole this from the ShoutBox from ninerID. Thought it was interesting. Like ID said, only 7 states produced more Div 1 talent than NC for the 2011 Signing Day.
However, NC’s Ratio of Div 1 talent was 15th. Still not terrible. Higher than Texas. Florida was first at 1 out of every 111 players were a Div 1 recruit. Ridiculous!
NC was 9th with the Total # of football players, at 35,000. Which is in line with the states total population with the rest of the country. Texas was first at 161,000 football players. Again, ridiculous!!!
