Can you imagine meeting your old college buddies at the new alumni center, going to the student union to buy some new Niner gear at the bookstore, meeting before a Charlotte football game to tailgate, watching the game, then catching a 49er’s bball game that night…

Seems like if this building is paid for by students and for students then it really shouldn’t be used to house University Staff and Especially not the Bookstore… If Amazon or whoever runs the bookstore wanted to pay rent then I suppose that would be ok. If they want to use it to house University staff then I think the state should pitch in some money for the building.
