Richey is clearly the best in that list. Id probably put siddell as my #2 from that list and Lundy and the unca coach tied for 3rd.

Griff? Biff? "Is there a little similarity there? (Uncle Buck reference). After looking at Griffâs background, he really is the closest thing to Biff in the college basketball world.
He coached with Ryan Odum at UMBC when they beat Virginia in the NCAA Tourney just before Sanchez came to Charlotte. A year ago, he coached Longwood to a conference title. Before that, they had never had a winning record in conference. He would have my attention. Here is the rest of his story:
