Calipari downplayed the incident, even though he said he would review Memphis’ tape to see if he could figure out what happened.
“Bobby and I are fine, even though he was complaining about me the whole game,” Calipari said. “But so was every fan, all 8,000 of them.”
I just know that the bastard was calling us out for either A.)having an arena of “smaller” size or B.)not selling the place out. Screw this greasy-haired, cheating, pompous S.O.B. I am so sick and tired of his whining and parading about how he is so hated, etc. He really thinks that the hatred speaks for his great coaching…which, it surely does not.

He must be real sensitive. Some people are like that. Back at the house we call them pansies. I don’t know what the PC term for it.

I’m sure he didn’t know the capacity of Halton and just said “8000” as a reference to a full arena. That place was rocking. Personally I think it was the loudest crowd EVER in Halton. My ears were ringing when I walked outside after the game. That was a first.
