The video also shows Duncan was 3-4 feet beyond the 3-point line when he took the shot and Coley was running at him while he took it. That was nothing but a big play from a big-time player.
agree. Duncanās last 2 threes were well beyond the arc. that last one was plavich-esque.
Yes, it was a bad call, but its happens. Not just against the niners, but in every league, in every game. Posting that on Youtube makes the niners look bad. Much more of this and we will get a reputation like CH.
Jim Satalin IS the problem. He is the patriarch of the Satalin Crime Family - a group of thugs specializing in gambling, extortion, prostitution, and arms dealing ⦠all under the guise of a legitimate referee supply business.
Jim Satalin rules his tired, over-worked, and egotistical referees with an iron fist. Any referee that does not play Satalinās over/under Vegas bets correctly will die a watery death in concrete shoes. He was in attendance to make sure his people blew the whistles 50 times to get some free throw points in an otherwise well-played defensive game by the Niners. Picking a non-televised game to earn his ill-gotten gains was an intelligent move by Mr. Satalin - no one would get wise to his scheme.
Hey, itās no more absurd than the officiating weāve seen.
Say what you want about how we could have won that game last night, but when during a timeout I saw one of the officials go to the Xavier bench during a timeout and one of the Xavier coaches pat him on the back, I knew there was no way we would win that game. This league and its officials are completely dishonest and we should get out as soon as we can
Yoy can say all you want about how we could have won that game and I would agree with you. However, when during a timeout late in the second half I saw an official approach the Xavier bench and an Xavier coach vigorously patting him on the back, I knew we would NOT win this game. I think this league is dishonest and we should really get out of it. How ,many games have we led this year and all of a sudden we commit fouls and we lose key players. Dont care if we go to a lesser league, but this league ruled from Phila, home of the crooked official in NBA.
I still donāt know what the correct call is. Refs are fallible. Iām more bummed that 46 fouls were called in 40 minutes destroying any flow by either team.
A 10 officials are terrible, but at the end of the day, Charlotte missed the front end of 1 and 1ās, played some oleā defense, waited to long to call TOās and took bad shots.
Win by 20 and you donāt have to worry about it.

Uh, Jim, it was a straight on 3, the easiest shot there is. To be Plav-like it would have needed to be from the hash mark.
BTW- Coley shouldnāt have ran at him- he never should have left. Down one in that situation the one thing you canāt do is give up a 3 opportunity whether they make it or not. A 3 beats you, a two and you still have a chance.

Thatās what I thought. Why did we run over to double-up on #24, leaving Duncan alone at the top of the arc? That seems like a very basic move/ play from X to run.
