who should i start?

Flex spot in PPR league:

Forsett aka Jamal Charles light vs. Oak and their 31st ranked run d
Burleson vs Washington and their 32nd ranked pass d. Also keep in mind although he had back to back great games that was with Hill throwing to him and not Stafford who will be starting this weekend.

Also BB vs. NO or Orton vs. SF in London

2 rb’s 2 wr’s and 1 rb/wr

who do i go with:
larry fitz
mike williams from seattle
dez bryant
felix jones
jonathan stewart
reggie bush
calvin johnson

thoughts?

I think I’m going with BB. So how about Forsett vs. Burleson? PPR

I like Forsett, he’ll get around 10 carries and catch a couple of balls, much lower risk than Burleson I think. Burleson didn’t do anything in week 1 with Stafford out there.

I actually have the same QB choice in one of my leagues, going with Big Ben. The field for the previously games in London has been pretty poor and led to a bunch of rushing.

Stewart - They gotta start running well at some point, right?
Jones - Better choice than Bush

Calvin
Dez Bryant - Kitna loved him last week, the Jags are awful against the pass

Mike Williams - Getting a ton of attention since Branch was traded, not a great matchup but I still trust him more than Fitz with Max Hall playing QB in Arizona.

My PPR poo-poo platter choices for flex (getting killed by bye weeks):

Shonn Greene
Mike Sims-Walker
Michael Crabtree

Fitz should be on your bench till he can break 10 points, he’s been on mine for 3 weeks and he’s closed to getting dropped. Can’t make plays as a receiver if you got don’t have anyone that can get you the ball.

who should I go with this week. I need to start 1 out of these 4 WRs:

Jordan Shipley
Steve Smith (CAR)
David Gettis
Devery Henderson

Steve Smith

I’d go with Burleson. Forsett was not getting many points as the primary back, and now he’s the backup to Lynch.

I’d also go with Rapelesburger.

PPR. Pick one.

Forsett, Ricky Williams, Mike Hart or Green-Ellis

one rb spot…do i start forte, felix jones or reggie bush?

one wr spot…do i start mike williams from seattle, fitzgerald, harvin or welker?

and in an 8 team league…is it common to only have 4 teams make the playoffs?

I haven’t looked at the match ups, but I’d probably lean to Forte and Fitz. Jones had a big game last week, but their run off has been up and down all season.

As far as the playoffs, I’d say that’s about right. If you take 6 teams, I haven’t seen a league do byes for the playoffs.

RB: If this is PPR, I’d start Forte just b/c Bush is still iffy. (if not PPR, I think it’s a toss up with Jones).

WR: I personally like Welker this week. Indy Pats seems to always be a game where teams want to run it up. So I would have a toss up between Fitz and Welker.

In a 14 team league with 6 in. The bye is huge for the top 2 teams. Means only have to win one to be in the Championship game.

3rd WR- Amedola or Crabtree, I’m leaning Crabtree

rb…carolina’s goodson or bear’s forte?

forte is going up against the eagles who are pretty stout and theyre also my fantasy d…i feel like that could be conflicting interests. yeah goodson is on carolina…but who else do they have? he’s definitely going to get the ball…and the browns d is still so so. or am i over thinking it and should use my first judgement…always against our beleaguered kittens?

I’d go Goodson, he’s played extremely well. I think the Panther’s will be cautious with Stewart, nothing to lose by giving him another week off.

Yes, Goodson.
