This game will be a battle for first place after shorthanded Toppers (4-1) rally past ODU in Bowling Green tonight.
Have a chance to be 5-0 in conference for first time since 1997-98 when we started 7-0. Man this is awesome. Gonna be a challenge though for a young team playing two games in three days on the road.

How about 3 road games in 5 days
BRUTAL part of the schedule to play that many road games in that many daysâŚbut againâŚthis conference is awfulâŚso we oddly enough will have a chance to win either or both.
HoweverâŚI would take 1 of the 3 (which is already in our pocket) so we are playing with house money. Somehow split these next 2 and we come home 2-1 from 3 road games in 5 days and Iâll take that in a skinny minute!!

Winners and Whiners pick the Niners, largely on the absence of Bassey. Writer apparently unaware that the Toppers are also without Camron Justice (11.9 ppg), who is sidelined with a back injury. WKU rotation basically down to 6-7 players.

Maybe less turnovers would equal more fg attempts and therefore more points?
Man, we are awful at finishing on the fast break
We really struggle stopping anyone with speed. Not sure if thatâs anything to do with the pack line and the help that should be there, or we just donât have the athletes. ECU and App had super quick guards that beat us and if we donât do something, itâll be what beats is with WKU as well.

Announcer, Walton just said âweâ when referring to WKU.
It was nice to see Brice Williams knock down a couple of shots including a three pointer. Looked like he got pulled after he lost him man on defense and gave up a wide open three.
