Women’s Basketball beat App State tonight 79-61. They host Davidson on Sunday, March 24th at 2 PM.

App has a pretty good team, much better than I assumed. We beat them by 18 and did not play as well as we should have, which should give you an idea of what is possible. Come out and support the Niners on Sunday, especially if you haven’t seen them play. I promise you a good time.

Should we take care of Davidson on Sunday, we will play the winner of Florida and Winthrop. That game is in Rock Hill on Monday night if anyone is interested in scouting.

Cara is very young for a head coach, so her lack of experience may keep major programs from calling, but you never know what crazy athletic directors might do. I’d say if she got an offer that was good for her family financially, she’d go without hesitation.
