Dang…Nevada and GW tied… ;D

Glad we don’t play Old Dominion this year. If they beat Xavier, lord knows how bad it would be for us.

Wow Dayton dodged a serious bullet. Wow. That would be the worst loss in A-10 history.

If Charlotte had won one more game, the conference would have a better winning percentage than the ACC right now:

Atlantic Coast 30-16
Atlantic Ten 30-17

Wake Forest has home losses to Stetson (by 10), Winthrop (by 9), and VCU (by 21).

There was not that much difference last year in the ACC and A10. I saw somewhere at the end of last season where if you took only the 12 best teams from the A10 to use for comparison, the 2 conferences were just about dead even. If you removed Duke from the ACC, the A10 was BETTER.

I cannot understand why so many people, both Niners and the casual fans in this area, think the A10 is so terrible.

At least for me it isn’t that the A10 is terrible by any means. It just isn’t a fit for us and we don’t belong there, not that we have any better options at the moment.

So now we just need to kick out Fordham and St Boneventure and or LaSalle… and then we need another team to win a national championship. Hmmm… well at least the first part sounds fairly attainable.
