I 'd much rather put money on Xavier or the Niners than on Wake or State. I don’t understand how State came in at 50:1 and I don’t understand how Wake came in at 80:1.

Has to be because of the seeding discrepancy. Right? I mean I understand bias and all, but not if it means losing money.
