This tournament looks mediocre at best. But it’s obvious Major wants to get the new guys some experience and prepare them for the season.
I think it would be a huge confidence boost to win ANY tournament. Just like I think it would be more beneficial to the guys to win the NIT than to flame out first round of the NCAA when you have a lot of returning players.
We’re going to get Oral Roberts in the second round. We need to beat them.
It would be awesome to win it.

If we are a decent team next year, we should at least get to the final. Belmont has been consistently good, unlike most mid-majors who are only good when they have 4-5 seniors. I don’t know what kind of final they are hoping for with that bracket, Belmont and ____, we got a good first round draw though, which we need in these events, ie Elon.

The late game on Thursday last season started at 12:45am EST. The late game on Friday started at 12:15am. Hopefully, it’ll be a couple of late nights watching us play that weekend.

Agree. East to West is much easier. Stay up the first night and sleep in. One day and they will be good to go.
Should be interesting. Ironically, I almost went to ORU when I was applying for colleges a while back. They’ve always put together a decent team.
