Looking forward to the games at Knights Stadium. I don’t know that I’ll make it to any on campus since I don’t really care much for baseball, but games at Knights stadium are fun.
Friday: LHP Sean Geoghegan (0-0, 0.00) vs. RHP Nick Brown (0-0, 0.00)
Saturday: RHP Brandon Casas (0-0, 0.00) vs. RHP Mitchell Aker (0-0, 0.00)
Sunday: LHP Josh Maciejewski (0-0, 0.00) vs. RHP Daniel Powers (0-0, 0.00)
Key player to watch for W&M is their 1B Charley Gould, who was named a Pre-Season All-American and Pre-season CAA Player of the Year.
W&M is picked to finish 5th in the CAA.
I thought we played well, especially considering it was our first game. We had a decently large crowd there too. The student section was not only full, but it overflowed into the section next to it, which was also pretty full, and so was the section next to it.

Must be time to start working on their tans for spring break. 8)
Niners made a lot of contact tonight, but were just hitting it to the wrong spots. Casas has a shaky start, but got settled in really nicely. Niners used a ton of pitchers in this one though.
Two W&M homers really hurt the Niners, first one gave the Tribe a 2-1 lead, second one sealed the game in the 9th making it 5-1 Tribe.
Onto the rubber match!
