Per Jeff Goodman, first teamer Jon Elmore of Marshall and third teamer Jacobi Boykins of LA Tech have withdrawn from the 2017 NBA Draft.
Also of note for Elmore, picked up an extra year of eligibility.

Can also add second teamer / defensive POY Wiliam Lee of UAB to those withdrawing from the NBA draft.

Second teamer Justin Johnson of WKU is attempting to make it as a TE on the Hilltoppers football team. Has the size at 6-7/240 and a precedent setting example by George Fant, who went from hoops to football at WKU and is now a member of the Seattle Seahawks.

Johnson successful in tryout and will join WKU football team as a scholarship player. As such, earliest he could rejoin basketball team as a walk-on will be December or January.
