FWIW, Lutz is good friends with retired TTU coach Mike Sutton, who is from Farmville, NC. Latter succeeded by the recently fired Steve Payne.

Why leave VT? Will Texas A&M pay him significantly more money? Looks like Buzz had a good thing going at Tech.
