I would think Berry too but I didn’t add him into my player list above because I didn’t think he would get minutes. Are you thinking/saying someone in my earlier listing of 10ish players would redshirt?
You left off Folkes as well. He was the late add last year. He is currently listed as a RS Freshman. I could see him getting a few minutes at PG when Young needs a break.
I am most interested in Berry. I’ve heard from some D1 recruit parents say he was an absolute steal for the Niners.
Fwiw…which isn’t much, his game film looked excellent. If you have an opportunity to watch his hudl highlights, do so.
It’s sad that many of our seasons have not been.
Excited to see what happens, but no idea how to set expectations given how poorly the team played last year and the huge influx of transfers this year. Seems like we have some depth and talent, but they need to play well together, particularly on defense, for Sanchez to play them.

I’m guessing some 3- and 4-guard lineups,. Think Francois and Garcia play the 5 mostly, unless Khalifa is more ready than I expect. Are any of the transfers capable point guards? Young at point is fine, though he might be better at shooting guard and I’d hate to see him get worn down by playing too much (maybe as mentioned above, Folkes plays a lot more than I’d expect otherwise). Just don’t know how you rotate in all these guards / small forwards, probably some decent players will not get many minutes.
Young is a lock to start and play minutes. I’d guess Trapp, Braswell and Butler play a lot. Williams has shown flashes suggesting he should play, but how much? Threadgill will need to start hitting jumpers as many expected when he arrived to play this year. But a lot of unknowns, wish we had some practice reports to hear how things are shaping up.

One. PG Nikolas Graves committed yesterday.
PF Justin Abson is scheduled to announce on the 31st and we’re in his “Final Four” list of schools.

Why do we have the student sections at the ends of each basketball goal, we need to set up the student section along the seat near the floor so that they can make an impact, and have a presence of television, this was a Judy Rose decision, but why have we continued this, set it up like Cameroon Indoor stadium, we used to have a real home court advantage, now it is like a ghost town in Halton

FWIW, we did set a school record with 13 home wins during the 2019-20 season. (Of course, last season an outlier as far as fans in attendance.)

Can Ron recruit a quality center for us with AAC news?
I am not impressed with his recruiting, and I thought that he was known for that, Brice Williams Caleb Stone Carawell , Jared Garcia, and Jackson Threadgill have all been underwhelming, and I am hoping that this is just due to their youth and inexperience, and that the system is difficult to learn, but the fact that Sanchez went out and got 5 transfers tells me that he is not happy with the talent that he brought in as well

Sanchez is definitely recruiting bigs but offering and actually getting a commitment etc are two different things. Hopefully Abson goes “Green” on Halloween!
Would be nice to get Pringle or Reeves too but not as hopeful about either of them landing in CLT.
