Berry made two quick turnovers when put in the lineup. Just not our day.

Me: What is the easiest way to beat the packline defense?
Siri: The easiest way to beat the packline defense is to play against Ron Sanchez
At least we did not fold like last year in Boca.
Nice comeback, but I think itās too late. Officials arenāt going to help us.
Sadly Belfast doesnāt have the package to show it and we canāt bring our own devices like we used to.
Well, this one not going to go our way. Awesome comeback though.
That first half barrage was too big of a hole to dig out of.
I keep thinking that if we had beaten FIU two nights ago, I wouldnāt be that upset, especially after how hard we battled back today.
If we played like that in either half of the FIU game, we win running away.
This road trip probably killed any shot we had at the regular season league title, which I was quietly hoping for, because I want to make the NIT at least this year. We are going to have to find a way to get a bye in the CUSA tournament and try to gut out a championship down there. Will need to win a lot of games still to get that bye.
We actually matched them overall shooting by the end of the game. The 4 pt difference was 2 more 3 pt FGs for them vs 2 more FGs for us, plus FAU was 6-10 FT while we were 4-5.
Yes, we took just 5 FTs in this game. Iāll let that speak for itself.
One other odd stat: the two basketball goals in their gym: the one on the left side per broadcast had 81 pts scored on it, while the right side had only 57.
Maybe the team can qualify for the CBI or The Basketball Classic this season.
Iām happy the game wasnāt on espn+.
They had THREE turnovers
Didnāt watch or listen. Surprised we came back from 14 down at the half to only lose by 4. Again the other teamās threes kill us.
Florida teams have been the Niners kryptonite for the menās teams this year in hoops, soccer, and football. A collective 0-8 so far in 2022-23.
Feels better losing respectfully
clt says our NET is now 86
Yep. Will be interesting to see if we actually move up tomorrow in spite of the loss.
