Speaking of flopping, Iāve come to the conclusion that C-USA - among other conferences - has decided to ignore the NCAA directive that supposedly would lead to the desired elimination of the tactic.
And is it just meā¦but why does Threadgill get so many minutes??
35min tonight and he did nothing. Heās almost invisible when on the court.
He doesnāt have good handlesā¦he doesnāt create his own shotā¦he doesnāt create for othersā¦he struggles to finish at the rimā¦he doesnāt look to shoot unless no one is within 10 feet of him. And heās ok on defense but nothing that deserves 35minutes. I just donāt get itā¦he getās the minutes of what a star player should get. Heās a good rotational player and contributorā¦but is that worth 35min!?
Heās literally averaging 31min per game on the season and Brice is averaging 19!?!?!?
I know Brice has been finding his way coming back off of injury but after tonightās statement gameā¦the distribution of minutes between those 2 need to swap asap.

He did nothing? Team is 10-3 with his minutes and itās more about the leadership and composure on the court. I believe Brice mentioned that in his postgame interview tonight.

I think Threadgills defense is better than we think.
I donāt understand the pack line but my guess is he plays it exactly how Sanchez wants it played and does it effectively.
With the other players he doesnāt have to produce a ton of points.

Speaking of the pack line defense, interesting to see that Kelsey runs it at CofC. Thought it was pretty much us, UVa, and Liberty.
And that was a great game!!!

The crowd was pretty decent for a winter break game. I donāt recall attendance really being any better for winter break games when I was in school and we were averaging 7000.
Saturdays attendance will probably suck given that itās New Yearās Eve.

I think Threadgill gets too many minutes but I think heās a huge leader in the floor, never gets rattled and is playing exactly the way Ron wants. I can really argue with results so far. Iāll trust Ron on it.

I think the attendance is going to be bad.
The game overlaps with the first CFB playoff game.
They really should have scheduled it at Noon.
