2022-23 Niner Basketball πŸ€

This exactly. We need more talent and better coaching. Lame duck year coming.

I’m prepared for single digit win total.

I do not believe it will be a single digit year but more like the lame duck year 16 is referring to.
I’m afraid we win half our games and are in a similar situation to what we were at the end of this year.

I said cautiously optimistic based on us getting Rolf. You can’t have a difference of opinion on this site without somebody calling you drunk. No wonder So few people are posting.

Nah, being called drunk is a compliment. I was half kidding but I really don’t know how anyone can be anyway optimistic about next year with what we know today.

I’d encourage you to respond to my post on how the plus and minus works though. As of today we are losing a lot more than we are gaining right? I guess you disagree with that.

Sorry I was being too sensitive. The operative word was cautiously optimistic. This based on The possibility of getting new additions of Rolf, Williams, Berry, Graves, Milicic And hopefully a transfer. These to go with an improved Braswell, Threadgill, freshman of the year Khalifa and others. A big IF but a possibility

Looking only at the roster on paper for next year is one thing but I believe you have to also look at the roster on paper for last year and the result we had and use that in your analysis projection for next season. The roster on paper last year looked like a team better than 200 but results don’t lie.

Berry, Graves and Milicic could always be Stars here… I have no idea.

I hope you’re right Hky but Sanchez has shown me nothing to have optimism about

This additions aren’t immediate impact guys thought… In my eyes

5 or 6 wins at most next year. Hill should be canned as well for his negligence of keeping Sanchez.

Really putting my faith in Cabrrus and 26 Acres to make my trips to Halton worth while.

Noticed a number of schools are announcing preseason summer trips to Europe, the Caribbean, etc. Definitely think that would be a good idea for Sanchez & Co. as well!

Couple people on this board would be all in favor of a long trip for Ron.

Here is a highlight video that Virginia tweeted out when Igor signed with Virginia. He moves pretty well for a 6’10" guy. Will be interesting to see how the minutes play out at the 4 and the 5.
