So how did he get the best of Miami when Miami, FL and FL state were all recruiting there?

I think I had probably heard of it but, per NAโs post, been a long time since Schnellenberger was the coach at UM.

May get overlooked, but this year, at least, the AAC championship game is on ABC at 4pm, sandwiched between the Big12 (noon) and ACC (7pm) championshipsโฆ
That is some very nice exposure. I hope like hell the AAC retains this setup as we move into the league.
