For anybody that EVER makes the argument that “oh, it’s going to take some time” - I’ll always call BS. There’s no “building” any more in this sport. Get competent people in the building and great things can happen. Mora winning at UCONN is pretty insane.
Also - I heard the mouth breathing radio station has a big Chapel Cheat celebration week planned for that lame ass QB they lucked into. Probably still running sham classes. I’d ding him down a lot for his decision to go to a fraudulent institution if I were an NFL scout.

I think turning things around in a single year is difficult and rare. Two years though is very doable now days. No reason it has to be 4/5 years like it was. Roster flips can happen so much quicker now.
