Good hire IMO, that’s the model I wanted to follow, a Juco guy like Jans. Northwest Florida State is where our assistant Steve DeMeo that I wanted to get our job went 170-27 and won a national title at too. Blows my mind no one has offered him a job with guys like Steve Forbes and this guy getting D1 jobs from the same job before and after him. They both even had NCAA violations and DeMeo was actually better there. Had the D1 assistant job experience too.
