2022 Week 1 - William & Mary @ Charlotte, 9/2 7:00 PM ESPN3

Read the garbage coming from Healy’s postgame quotes. Separation? Fighters? Respond? Support? Best home field?

Yo! Healy! Talk is cheap Coach and we are all downwind of the bullshit you are selling. You have a team of soft quitters with sparsely sporadic talent; Weak minded players and coaches who cannot recruit or develop talent. Stop the dancing bullshit. I am sick of seeing your loser team dancing when the scoreboard shows them getting their asses constantly kicked. You want them to have a great experience even if they are losers. And you, your coaches and your players are perpetual losers! We have it on record. It’s on “tape”. Wake up

Jimmy and Joes and that’s on coaching staff. Watching the game our D Line looked small compared to their O line. Our O line also looked undersized and this is compared to a Div 2 team.
We are getting beat on the line. Our DEs are not setting the edge, our LBs are not staying in their gaps and our DBs don’t know use proper technique in coverage in turning for the ball.

Embarrassing loss. I will still be there and pull for the Niners but it is hard right now. Same Bad D as last 3 years.

Fcs, not division 2.

The level of our recruiting got better but the coaching of the players appears to have gotten way worse.

Tomato tomahto

I think it’s over for Healy, but would we really fire him after 2 games? Do we even have someone that could be interim coach on staff right now?

I know Sanchez gets a lot of flack on here for having a lack of passion on the sidelines but it was never my biggest issue with the guy. I couldn’t care less if a coach is the biggest cheerleader on the sidelines or a robot. All I’m worried about is if the coach knows their X’s and O’s and can explain them. And if they can can recruit and develop. And right now both Sanchez and Healy have given me concern in those areas. At the end of of the day I just want a coach that finds ways to win

I really can’t blame Hill for the Snachez and Healy hires. On paper they sounded great and all of us were excited when they were hired. Just has not panned out.

How good was the Healy hire? Hill was embarrassed with Houston and Healy was 13-21 at Austin Peay. We should have seen this coming.

Hill has complete fault for Sanchez as well. You initially don’t fault the hire, but all goes out the window when you extend him twice. Attendance barely makes it over 2k (if lucky), the fan base has spoken

Anybody else already have a list of possible hires formulated?

I don’t fault Hill for the Sanchez hire. I liked it at the time and thought it would work out. The decision to hire Healy was a gamble after Houston screwed us. I have no doubt Will Healy comes off great in an interview.

I’ll try to formulate a list of potentials hires this Sunday. I’ll try to stick with realistic options.

Don’t bother. Healy will get extended. Tarhole sabotage

It’s coaching that’s the problem. Offensive play calling has zero imagination. The defense is rarely set and ready for the next play. Too much looking around to see what needs to be done.

4th and 1 on the 30 yard line and we get slammed for a loss. Let’s run up the middle on a 2nd and 20. Let’s substitute on defense constantly and lose any momentum we might have been lucky enough to build.

Maybe we need Urban Meyer to have pity on us and come help his buddy Mike Hill out. Matt Rhule may also be out of a job after this year. Last thing I will say and then I will sign off is our recruiting sucked during CoVid. It is like we were afraid to get real players and stayed home for the scraps.

That 4th and 1 call was an abomination., horrifically poor choice of runs to get a yard.

Our players are generally bad, with some outlier talent. Am I the only one that sees how terrible Watts is? The face of our defense is a over hyped joke! They are not double teaming Watts. They are burning him. He is slow. He is weak. He is a great representative of our team. 5 years and no better, even declining over that 5 years. I call it like I see it, and #0 is their standard and they can preach fantasy Gold all they want.

FBS teams are supposed to dominate FCS teams in the 4th quarter. FBS teams are supposed to dominate in line play. Football teams generally are supposed to know WTF their assignments are and who’s in the game in what situation. Not any of that happened yesterday. It would appear that Mike Hill and most of us were taken in by a con man. Will we learn from the experience?

What a loser press conference. Not faulting the player for repeating what they hear, but the disheveled Dude in the center can preach positively all he wants, “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.”

You hear the losing mantras. Made no changes after FAU. No preparation changes coming after W&M embarrassment. Coach wasn’t surprised a FCS warm up team torched his team’s home opener? Not predicting wins? No shit!
