There is always steroids and HGH to increase the team’s vertical by 12 inches. Also EPO. It’s worked in the NBA for years. Ask Lebron

65% of niner fans are on the good stuff apparently. On paper this team is easily the worst team in 5+ years. Are y’all counting on Fearne’s coaching to get an extra 10+ wins on top of whatever… 8 wins?
I will have to admit that I’m not up to speed on our new conference mates as some others apparently are, but until I see our 18 game AAC sked, won’t venture a guess on our conference record. Depends a lot on who we play twice.

With Jackson out, I wonder what we do with the open scholarship. With an interim coach we would probably have a hard time finding anyone to commit for more than one year.
Well, there are a number of players with one year of eligibility looking for a landing spot, so that would seem to be the place to start recruiting.
Me either… Especially a 7’-0" center that averaged 4.8 MPG and scored a TOTAL of 6 points all season.
As I see it, Fearne is probably a much better coach than Sanchez. Problem is, Sanchez had recruited and signed terribly. And, who is to say there are not more players leaving. The only hope would be to raid the WV team in the next 28 days, but there isn’t enough money or bootleg moonshine available for that tactic. If Hill had hired a coach, then maybe there is more hope here in the same situation. We only had 10 days before vacation, so all avenues clearly were exhausted, just like the basketball fan base - clearly exhausted
