2023 49er Football Season 🏈

What level of enthusiasm would you be at if we beat Navy and ECU in successive weeks?

  • Meh, we still will have a losing record.
  • Mildly intrigued, I may decide to renew my tickets next year.
  • Hell yeah that’s push insurance on my season wins bet. Whew maybe we don’t suck completely.
  • Super pumped, I’m gonna rib the hell out of my co-workers who went to ECU.
  • Farmer Fran style orgasm in the stands in Greenville.
  • Lutz.

This is such a heartbreaking story.

My condolences out to Chavion’s family and friends.

So where we parking Niner Nation?

Game Day Visitors / Public Parking:
  • Watch for the announcement of parking lot opening time for home football games.
  • Parking lots on Curry Court and around the Carol Belk Building are for ECU Pirate Club members (non-student). A parking pass is required; however a limited amount of public parking will be available for $20 in this area, first come, first served.
  • Visitors needing Handicapped/ADA parking may park in in the A1 zone spaces in front of Brewster and Christenbury on a first come, first served basis. There is a $20 fee to park in this lot. Shuttle service to and from the stadium is provided to individuals using this lot, beginning 2 hours prior to kick off, and ending 1 hour after the game.
  • Due to space availability, visitor permits will NOT be sold for the A2 College Hill area for game day weekends. Visitors may park free of charge in the B1 zones on Reade Street on game day weekends, and must be moved by 6 a.m. on Monday for Saturday game or the time on Friday announced for a Thursday night game.
  • The Main Campus Student Center parking garage off of 10th Street is a convenient walk to the stadium. Parking is $1/hour. No tailgating is permitted in the garage.
  • Visitors parking in Uptown Greenville may wish to check for a privately-run shuttle that typically begins 3 hours before game time and runs until 2 hours after the game. More information on public parking can be found on the Greenville Uptown website: https://uptowngreenville.com/play/gameday-shuttle/.

If you have further general questions regarding the game or parking nearby the stadium during the game, please visit Athletics website: http://www.ecupirates.com for more information.

Is UNC Charlotte doing a fan bus?

There’s a student bus. Haven’t heard anything about a fan bus yet.

There is a fan bus - no details of it but a friend last night said he was on the bus.

I wonder if there is information about it posted anywhere?

Ill see if I can get some more info from him later tonight.

Biff seems to have settled on the white helmet as pretty much exclusive.

I don’t mind that helmet, but it isn’t my favorite.

clt says that is the best helmet available from Riddell, $750/per
