Interesting about Tulane stadium ‘expansion’…… it went from 80k 
seats (and a storied history) on campus to 31k seats.
Yulman is a nice stadium that is right sized at just over 30k, but I still wouldn’t want an unbalanced stadium like they have. It ain’t JMU bad, but it’s close:
The worst thing about unbalanced stadium is it’s usually the short side that is the television view / backdrop.
That short side is also the brutal Sunny side and of course the Visitors bench.

At least Tulane is back on campus after almost 40 years of playing at the Superdome.
BTW, I’m old enough to remember the crazy rules of the original Sun Belt Conference that required league men’s basketball games to be played at the largest facility available. As such, UNO too played at the Superdome! 
Thats crazy UNO having to play hoops at the Dome, it is not far from either of those campuses that is one benefit.
Yes good Tulane is back on campus, amazing to think they hosted 3 Super Bowls on their campus!
Georgia State had to play in the Omni, where the Hawks played.
An Observer writer, maybe Tom Sorenson, wrote a great article about a game when the 49ers played the Panthers there. I believe he counted the crowd.
As late as 1991, Georgia State opted to play a 1 vs 16 game in the Omni at noon rather than at 7:00 PM, thinking more students might wander to the game after their morning classes than alumni coming to downtown Atlanta after work.
