We will never know, but I really hope our winning took away a bid from the ACC.
Anytime a team wins the tournament that wouldn’t have gotten an at large would always take a spot away from someone else correct?
I mean, it never belonged to anyone really. It’s just disappointment for a hopeful.
Of course, but I doubt the selection committee is going to come out and say “such and such a team was bumped by Charlotte winning the CUSA tournament.” I guess we could speculate using the “first four out”.
So far, I give this season an A grade

Cam is in a setting records mood. I was happy to see him snag the last out in style. Our team will is fun to watch. And how about that breaking ball win? Great pitching, hitting, fielding and coaching. I love how well they are playing

The offense obviously was really good, but i think that is the best 5 game stretch of the year by our pitching staff, top to bottom.

Awesome to see a stud player come thru when it counts and wearing your uniform !
Watching him get that award and thinking back to the game at Winthrop and sitting there and looking at him standing alone on the field, feeling the pain of
not getting it done when he took a called third strike with bases loaded…made my heart feel so happy for him !
We may never see this type talent here again!
