Tre Lamb has done a great job, but we are talking GW and ETSU. He deserves a shot, but for us, I canāt help but think of Healey. If we canāt get Albin, I may go with Brewster. As with EZU, sometimes your answer is closer than you thinkā¦

Interesting, we went 5-7 and that wasnāt acceptable. If we donāt go at least 6-6 next year than itās a step backwards.

I plan on being retired at 65. Iāll. Hopefully still be busy, but Iām not starting a new chapter of. My career at that point if Iām financially comfortable. I like my family too much. I never understand the people who work 60+ hour a week jobs in their twilight. See your kids and grandkids yall.

Its really early. Portal hasnt even officially opened, guys can come out of the portal if they like tge bew staff, still a February signing period. Way too early to say that. Plus, a guy like albin can bring guys with him

So we legitimately had a chance to reach 6+ wins next year but decided to make a move that sets us back.
Hire a winner, pay the players to keep the roster in tact, add talent where there are weaknesses and move forward.

Its why we have to make gimmick hires.
We cant afford a āwinnerā coachā¦nor can we pay NIL for more than a couple of players. We are and will always be a 2-5 win team unless we find some currently unknown benefactor to fund a serious program.
Talk about pessimism! Goodness.
I donāt care about a coach loving us. Hell, Biff loved us and you see what that was worth. I want a coach that will win. That is the bottom line.
If you want a coach that loves us hire me. I wouldnāt win but the love would be spread all around.

The more I read about Albin and hear excerpts from people that know him better than us, I doubt he leaves Ohio for Charlotte. Just doesnāt make sense for him. Maybe if we could double his salary. But heās got a good thing going and loves where he is.
I think itās Bell or Brewster. Lamb (and probably undeservingly so) screams Will Healy.
