I havenโt paid too much attention, but the ones I have seen, usually one coach is retained, most often the recruiting coordinator, so as to have continuity with recruits in the pipeline. Then, after the first year, the retained guy is often released.

Iโm sure those agents are looking out for his best interests and will not just guide him to the school that offers him the most money they can make off commissions

I expect that the agentโs interest will come before the players. Unfortunate for all money talks.
For some, unfortunately yes. Not for a legitimate agent.
Saw a tweet from Elijah Culp saying he is going to finish school this semester and stay in the portal to transfer as a graduate for next season.
