Abell got a new stadium while at Davidson. May get same at Rice. In fact, wouldnโt be surprised if that discussion was part of his hiring process.

Just read Davidson coach runs pistol option offense. Rice going in that
direction, Service academy, GA southern & Paul Johnson offense.
Not a bad idea for Rice works for Service academies in our conference.

Thats a solid hire, going to be tough to compete with that when comparing to other AAC hires made this go round.
Army #24 and Memphis #25 in latest AP. Tulane dropped out but still in the ORV category.
