I would suspect it is a very challenging situation to manage, anyone whom can go to the Portal because they havenāt used their one transfer or any Grad transfer will give it a chance. Given our season.
On the way in, similar challengesā¦.better players that have already transferred once, take a scholly as they sit for a year! or take a HS guy whom may take a couple years to contribute. Or go JC ( you guys never like thisš), who can immediately get some playing time.
I wish him wellā¦loved it when he arrived, sorry to see him leave, but understandable tooā¦injury and depth chart was not in his favor.
Yeah. No hard feelings. He is a good player. But the depth chart and we have two good freshman backs coming in.
Was he still returning kicks for us? I canāt seem to remember. That was kind of his jam last season.

I hope Byrd leaving is a signal Robinson is staying.
Actually I hope itās a sign all the other backs are staying.
Also have 2 new RBs coming in 2024. The running back room is only getting deeper.

Tre McLeod in particular seems highly invested to Charlotte. The other, Rod Gainey, visited FAMU two weeks ago but still reps Charlotte in his Twitter bio.

ECU QB is leaving. ECU fan told me before the season that he would run roughshod over the AAC because no other team had a talent like him.
